Experience

CTR comprises of a number of members drawn from a variety of backgrounds such as Law Enforcement and the military. These individuals are specialists in the fields of physical security and protection, as well as intelligence gathering.

Human Resources

The agents that provide these specialised services all have extensive national and international experience and training. These agents are able to operate individually or as a team. They are aged between 25 and 45 years old and are of both sexes and multi-cultural.
All of our guards are thoroughly vetted and under go continuous in-house training
 

Training

Exposure to local and international training in various applicable skills ensures that the client’s needs are cared for in a professional manner that exceeds industry standards. The agents have the advantage of being active in the field. This experience can not be taught and allows us to develop up to date procedures.
All agents receive recurrent training in special weapons and tactics, threat assessment, statistics and trends and covert intelligence gathering methods.
Our guards receive training in Report writing, First aid, Fire fighting, Access control, Radio speech procedures and Guest and staff relations
